Foreign Policy

The major problem with our current foreign policy is that we are abandoning multilateralism, which is working with other allies to keep peace and order in the world. Our new policy of preemptive invasion of other countries is actually increasing the threat of additional terrorist attacks against us.

The solution is a new foreign policy by our proposed new political party, one in which we pursue multilateralism in dealing with world problems. We need to maintain a strong military force with more emphasis on improvement of our intelligence sources and rein in unnecessary military spending.

We must abandon our efforts to dominate with world with military force and extend the American empire around the globe.

We need to stop the development of new nuclear weapons, which otherwise will lead to a renewal of the nuclear arms race and eventual disaster.

We need to abandon policies which are causing the rise of terrorism around the world. This includes stopping the establishment of permanent military bases in Iraq and in the Muslim world and furnishing arms to Israel with which to attack the Palestinians.

We must develop alternative sources of energy to eliminate the need to control Middle East oil.
