There
are too many administrators and not enough qualified teachers in our
schools. Classrooms are too large for students to learn effectively.
Physical facilities in many schools are in disrepair and lack necessary
supplies. Many teachers need better training.
The third party proposes to restore a reasonable ratio between
administrators and teachers to reduce the cost of educating children.
We must use federal funds to subsidize higher education for young people
who want to teach and to assist poor areas and to establish magnet
schools to provide choice.
More control over federal funds should be given to local school
districts. |
